The vacation period has started. Everyone tries to get out of the stuffy city, including Mrs. McDonald and her three cats: mother Lauren and the kittens Lucy and Lionel. Mrs. McDonald is very proud of her cats because she considers them very well cared for and highly educated. Lauren however knows better. She has a lot of trouble especially with Lucy who is a real wild one. And indeed, as Mrs. McDonald and her cats arrive at the resort, the problems start. Instead of behaving like a well-bred cat and laying in the sun all day, Lucy begins to explore the surrounding immediately. First Lauren is furious. But as it’s getting later and darker and Lucy does not show up, the fear arises, that something really bad could have happened to her.
Roaming around with her best friend Wabuu, the curious and cheeky raccoon, Pocahontas, the beautiful chieftain daughter discovers a ship with a lot of strangers on the shore. "These White people will bring much woe to our people" predicts the chieftain. And actually, the gold-greedy captain of the ship starts a war on the Indians. Will Pocahontas succeed in preventing the inevitable fight and to save their people?
It is a very stormy day today. Nevertheless Teddy is visiting his friends. Grummel, the old grumpy bear gives him his umbrella, because on such a stormy day it will probably begin to rain. So thinks Mo, the Kangaroo, and gives an umbrella to her daughter Mi, who wants to go with Teddy. But the umbrella disturbs Mi when jumping. Thus she stretches it - and was carried off by the wind. The film starts off with a woman and a baby on a plane. The plane, for no apparent reason, fails and crashes into a jungle. The baby survives and is adopted and brought home by a gorilla named Shina. She brings him to her troop, where he is ridiculed for being different from the rest of them. The yet to be named baby is allowed to stay on the condition that he is to go if he causes any trouble. Shina names him Lord and he quickly adjusts to life as a gorilla.
Philipp and Anna, the two Easter bunny children, are visiting their aunt Gertrud to learn how to paint eggs. However, you have nothing but pranks on your head and throw your poor aunt from one excitement to the next. Soon she will run out of nerves and drop every second egg. If it weren't for Alfred, the funny Easter bunny grandpa, who always brings Anna and Philipp to their senses. But then something really terrible happens - Philipp has disappeared. When Anna doesn't know what to do next, she asks Grandpa Alfred for help. And he has an idea ...
Mom Doe gives birth to a fawn named Goldie and all the creatures of the forest want to visit him. Wuschel, the squirrel, soon became his best friend.
