The second story of this drama revolves around Fitrah and Ramadhan, a married couple who work as frontliners during Covid-19. The increase in Covid-19 cases in Malaysian society results in all hospitals being filled with infected patients, including Fitrah's parents who also test positive for Covid. Pregnant Fitrah is unaware that she has been infected with this dangerous virus until it eventually claims her life. The next story centres on Radhi who is very selfish as he avoids telling those around him that he has been infected with the virus and continues to do business and meet with resellers.
The story follows Fikri (Adi Putra), an entrepreneur who married Hanani (Elly Mazlein) while they were both studying at university. Hanani is not yet ready to have children and takes contraceptive pills as she wants to focus on their final year of studies.
