A story of Qaseh Arina (Adiba Yunus) raised by her grandmother, Nek Dew (Liza Abdullah). Nek Dew is a well-known midwife with many tips. However, Qaseh's tips help solve the problem of Nash (King of Afiq), a rich and handsome guy but with a bad body odor. Since then they have been good friends. Many acts of the tips that made her roommate admitted to the hospital because of allergies due to Qaseh's ingredients. Qaseh was scolded and driven out of their rental home. What will happen to Qaseh? Does he still adhere to the Nek Dew tips? The emergence of a mysterious woman who claims to be Qaseh's "mother" made the last two episodes full of questions. Who exactly is she? Why was Qaseh allowed to grow up with her Grandmother when her mother was still alive?
The story follows Qaseh Arina (Adiba Yunus) who is raised by her grandmother, Nek Embun (Liza Abdullah). Nek Embun is a renowned midwife famous for her various traditional remedies. From a young age, Qaseh has accompanied Nek Embun in welcoming the birth of babies and wishes to become like her grandmother. Qaseh records every remedy of Nek Embun in her notebook. She brings Nek Embun's remedies with her until she continues her studies at university in Kuala Lumpur. Various heartwarming actions are performed by Qaseh using Nek Embun's remedies, so much so that she is called old-fashioned by her university friends. City people do not believe in Qaseh's remedies. However, Qaseh's remedy succeeds in helping solve the problem of Nash (Raja Afiq), a handsome and wealthy bachelor but who has a body odor problem. Since then they become good friends.
