Biography
François Valéry (real name: Jean-Louis Mougeot, born on 4 August 1954, in Oran, French Algeria) is a French singer-songwriter and composer. He is married to Nicole Calfan and Michael Calfan is his son. He became famous for his romantic songs and his disco hits of the 1970s and for having composed and performed several soundtracks in the 1980s, following the success of "Dream in Blue", with Sophie Marceau. Valéry was also composer and producer of many songs for various artists (Michèle Torr, Line Renaud, Dalida, Jean Marais, Corinne Hermès, Jeane Manson, Hervé Vilard, Debbie Davis, Lova Moor...), series or films (Joy et Joan (1985), Les Nanas (1985), Les Grandes Marées (1993). He produced Patrick Fiori in the Eurovision Song Contest 1993 with "Mama Corsica". In 2001, he produced the musical L'Ombre d'un géant sung by Rose Laurens and Sophie Delmas. Midi Première is a French variety show presented by Danièle Gilbert, directed by Jacques Pierre and broadcast from January 6, 1975 until January 1, 1982 on TF1. The program was generally broadcast between 12:15 p.m. and 12:55 p.m., then giving way to the 1:00 p.m. TV news. However, the broadcast schedule could change, depending on the guests, and the setting where the recording of the program was shot. Certain performances by artists who have become cult like the one where Ringo jostles with a demonstrator in interpretation (1977), that of Dalida with the title There is always a song with the soundtrack that does not start, twice, at the right speed (1978), Claude François and his Clodettes, who, in the provinces, are unable to join "the set" in order to interpret his song, the latter being taken by the crowd of delirious fans (summer 1977) . The group Supertramp performed there with the title "Dreamer" on March 8, 1975.

This is the story about Joy who falls in love with an older man (she has been looking for her missing father all her life), and then travels around Paris with him and his other female companion, experiencing a broad range of sexual encounters.
Joy
Focuses primarily on three women and the (unseen) man who goes in and out of their lives. One member of this trio is a saleswoman with an open relationship that suddenly closes when she learns that her lover has been unfaithful. It seems that he has dallied with a book-dealer (her nemesis) who ultimately does not propose as much of a threat to the disillusioned saleswoman as a certain actress. Along with these three are several other females who interact with the main protagonists. Set up more in the manner of a stage play with changing scenes and acts.
