Biography
Mark Pugh is an American professional wrestler best known as Mark Briscoe. He is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is the leader of The Conglomeration, and Ring of Honor (ROH), where he made a name teaming with his brother Jay as the Briscoe Brothers. In ROH, he is a former ROH World Champion, a former ROH World Tag Team Champion with his brother Jay Briscoe a record 13 times, and was one-third of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions with Jay and Bully Ray. In January 2022, the Briscoe Brothers were honored as inaugural inductees into the ROH Hall of Fame.

The show was voted as the Best Weekly Television Show in the 2010 Wrestling Observer Newsletter Awards. The series' 100th and final HDNet episode aired on April 4, 2011. The series returned on the stations of Sinclair Broadcast Group' on September 24, 2011.

Like with the previous year's event, this will be a tribute event in honor of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) founder Antonio Inoki who died on October 1, 2022.
