Live action debut of CHRZU, the Finnish multi-talent behind a number of award-winning animated shorts (Curse of the Remote Island). Starring the members of the laser metal trio Nightsatan and set in the year 2034, the film is a nod to the 1980s exploitation and scifi movie aesthetics – especially the classics of the Italian post apocalypse genre – with a hint of influences from Sergio Leone and Alejandro Jodorowsky. The soundtrack features material from the next studio album of Nightsatan, due out in 2014.

Just like behind the camera, the soundtrack of the documentary is also full of questionable people from Turku, the music is provided by Nightsatan, Black Totem and, of course, Carlotta Moore herself, who has been rehabilitated as a rapper.

One night at a burger drive-in me and my colleague saw a drunk person staggering across a vast and empty bus terminal lot. It reminded me of the opening sequence of Romero’s Night of the Living Dead. I got an idea about secretly documenting people walking home drunk in the night looking like the undead. I enjoy walking home drunk. It’s an adventure, a meditation or a form of self- expression, depending on the mood one is in.
