A Short Break is the story of attorney Schuyler B. Jones and his opposing attorney, Marty Lynch, Jr., who are both tasked with convincing the honorable Judge Weaver to rule in their favor over a heated dispute through nothing more than a conference room's speakerphone.

Kate Gray struggles with a full-time career as a therapist, raising four young children, past personal traumas, and marriage. She tries to hold it all together, spiralling through the "gray area" of addiction and anxiety.
