Add a Friend is a German comedy-drama created and written by Sebastian Wehlings and Christian Lyra for TNT Serie. The series follows a group of people and their lives in the social network. This is the first German production produced exclusively for premium television. A first season consisting of ten episodes were ordered. Add a Friend is set to premiere on September 19, 2012, on Wednesday nights at 8:15 pm.

Laura Santos returns to her parents’ gorgeous hotel in Barcelona, accompanied by her son Pedro, whom she hopes to set back on the right path. After the initial greetings, Laura is at odds with her mother Isabel once again. The longtime hotel manager accuses her daughter of selfishly going her own way years ago instead of committing herself to the family business. Today, the hotel is in poor shape with bleak prospects.

Long before his big stage breakthrough in 1973 in Hamburg, and 4.4 million records sold, the rock musician Udo Lindenberg from the Westphalian province, the man with the long hair and the hat, had many adventures. Before it all started, he moved from the remoteness of Gronau to Hamburg, where he met Paula, who was not his great love, but was quite a hottie. When the team of three was complete with Steffi Stephan, the idea of founding a band developed. But the road to get there was a long one: he drummed as a jazz drummer in bands, had a highly dangerous performance in a US military base in the middle of the Libyan desert and always believed in making it to the very top.

A sperm donor becomes impotent - and so he searches for the woman, who got his sperm, to become a father after all...

A young man called Roman is working for an attorney. Roman has to travel to a small village in Bavaria, in order to get some files from a local police station. These files keep records about a high school massacre committed by a student a year ago. Due to bureaucratic reasons, Roman has to stay in the village for a few days. By accident he meets a young girl called Laura, who has survived the massacre. By becoming more acquainted to Laura, Roman also becomes more interested in the tragic event. Later on he realizes that Laura is hiding a secret. She has been more involved in the incident.

After a bizarre one night stand leaves him infertile, a careless bachelor sets out to connect with the television presenter who, as the result of the anonymous sperm donation he once made, happens to be pregnant with his child.

An intimate drama based on actual cases about a woman who murdered her own child. Interviewed by a psychiatrist, she recounts how she got in a seemingly hopeless situation which led her to believe that the killing of her child and a subsequent suicide where the only solution left. As more and more fragments of her desolate life are revealed, it becomes evident that the psychiatrist is also keeping a dark secret, and that she has in fact more in common with her patient as the latter would have guessed.

Living in seclusion from the rest of the world, Daniel Bauer goes about his job as a gardener in the botanical gardens. A rather inconspicuous young man who, however, regularly breaks out of his motionless daily routine and commits indiscriminate acts of violence. When he gets to know Jana, a forlorn young woman, a tentative relationship develops between the two foreign bodies. She sees everything in the shy Daniel that she always wanted from a man. Yet she doesn't have any inkling of his dark side. After a first successful date between Daniel and Jana, the situation escalates. On the morning after the date, he shoots a jogger. A reaction to the beginning love?

When the fundamentally optimistic Greek Christos comes to Germany in 1966 to give his family a better life, he initially experiences prejudice and alienation. Despite this, he and his wife Maria open the first Greek restaurant in Karlsruhe: EUROPA.
