Smiriti Kalra is an Indian television actress and model. She first appeared as a lead in 12/24 Karol Bagh as Simmi in Zee TV. She got fame with the youth tv show Suvreen Guggal - Topper of The Year as Surveen that aired on Channel V. She was recently seen on StarPlus's show Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara as Ahana.

The series premiered on August 31, 2009, and replaced the popular drama series Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann. The series directed by Ravi Bhushan, produced by Sunshine Productions, is being shot in both Delhi and Mumbai studios. The story deals with the conflicts between today's kids' generation and their parents. In spite of having a different location and environment, the show is doing well for the channel. The success of the series, started the trend of many TV serials being set in Delhi.
