Patayin Sa Sindak Si Barbara was an ABS-CBN primetime mini-series adapted from the movie, Patayin Mo Sa Sindak Si Barbara, originally starring Susan Roces in 1974 and later by Lorna Tolentino in 1995. It was supposed to be aired weekly in a mini-series format on January 12, 2008, but it was later placed in ABS-CBN's primetime Bida. This is the first installment of Sineserye Presents: The Susan Roces Cinema Collection.

Things become scarier when her ex-boyfriend brings her to Villa Estrella where she meets a girl named Gisele who seems to be very familiar to her.

After the tragic fate of her mother and her sister, a girl named Nina is taken into custody and given a new identity as Melissa who grows up to be a nurse. At the hospital where Melissa works, a series of mysterious deaths of male patients occurs.

Sandy becomes a heart breaker after swearing off love. She leaves a trail of heartbroken men until her friend and a gorgeous co-worker compete for her heart.
