Ten candidates have to complete assignments to earn money. However, one of the group members is the Mole. The Mole's goal is to make the assignments fail and keep the amount of money earned as low as possible. The other candidates do not know who the Mole is and need to unmask them. At the end of every episode, the candidates take a multiple-choice test about the mole's identity. The person who gives the least amount of correct answers is "executed" and must leave. This process continues until only two contestants and the Mole remain. The winner is the person with the most correct answers in the final test and they get all of the money earned in previous stages of the game.

Two non-ordinary questions are asked of the Dutch celebrities per episode, such as "Who would have the easiest time going forty days without sex?", "Who used to be chosen last in gymnastics?" and "Who is your best friend?". This might sound like a piece of cake, but nothing could be further from the truth. There is, in fact, a twist. In this hilarious and exciting quiz, participants divide themselves at one of the six answer options for every question. Each option is linked to a ball. Is a player standing at the correct answer? Then all is well, and the ball stops in time. But if the contestant in question gives a wrong answer, he or she takes an involuntary dive into the cooling pool water beneath them. What further makes De Kwis met Ballen unique is the team aspect. In every episode, the participants form a close-knit five-person team that knows each other inside out. Whether they are colleagues, family members, best friends, or football buddies, they know exactly what to expect from one another. De Lama's is a Dutch television show made by BNN and first aired on 26 June 2004. It is an adaptation of the Channel 4 show Whose Line is it Anyway?. Patrick Lodiers hosts the show, which contains both well-known and more obscure elements of theatresports. The most important of these is improvisation. De Lama's consist of the following comedians: Ruben Nicolai, Tijl Beckand, Ruben van der Meer and Jeroen van Koningsbrugge. Jandino Asporaat, Ad-Just Bouwman, Sara Kroos, Arie Koomen, Kristel Zweers and Martijn Oosterhuis are ex-Lama's. Other than in the British and American series, every episode of De Lama's features a Guest Llama, a well-known Dutch person who offers suggestions for games and always joins the regulars for one or two games at the end. At the end of 2006, regulars Sara Kroos and Arie Koomen left the show, leaving it with only three regular performers. To help alleviate this problem, broadcaster BNN organised a televised competition, Lama Gezocht, in order to find a new performer to round out the team. Ad-Just Bouwman eventually won this competition, and joined the Llamas. He, however, is no longer part of the troupe, reportedly because his artistic style didn't fit in with the other Llamas. Another recently 'llamafied' performer, Jandino Asporaat, left at around the same time to focus on his own theatre production, although rumour has it that his style clashed with the remaining three members as well. Jeroen van Koningsbrugge is the only new member to remain with the Llamas until the end.

Each episode features five Dutch celebrities who sit down for a special dinner and share their most embarrassing experiences and spicy anecdotes. This is part of the concept for the new reality show "Het Diner" (The Dinner), hosted by Raymond Thiry. There's a catch, though. Some celebrities at the table have a good reason to hijack someone else's story or lie about their own. This creates a game full of manipulation and tasteful storytelling. Each dinner starts with a pot of €25,000: the goal is to keep as much of that money as possible at the end of the evening. This only works if they discover who is worth €0 and vote that person out. If they vote the wrong person out, the amount that person was worth disappears from the pot.
