Biography
Wolfgang Bahro, born on September 18, 1960, in Berlin-Wilmersdorf, is a renowned German actor, voice actor, and cabaret artist. After graduating from high school, he initially studied psychology and theater studies at the Free University of Berlin (FU Berlin); however, he dropped out of his studies and completed an acting training program from 1980 to 1984. Bahro rose to fame through his role as the scheming lawyer Prof. Dr. Hans-Joachim "Jo" Gerner in the RTL soap opera *Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten* (Good Times, Bad Times), a role he has played since 1993. In addition to his television work, he is active in the theater and has performed various cabaret programs. Furthermore, he works as a voice actor and has appeared in numerous audio dramas.

The programme concerns the lives of a fictional neighborhood in Germany's capital city Berlin. Over the years the soap opera tends to have an overhaul of young people in their late teens and early twenties; targeting a young viewership.
