Lua Blanco (born March 5, 1987) is a Brazilian actress, singer, songwriter, translator and writer. Blanco has been recognized for her talent, charisma and her ability to play different roles. She achieved success on the telenovela Rebelde and as lead singer of the band, Rebeldes, which received one gold, two platinum, and one double-platinum album awards.

Malhação is a Brazilian television series for the teenage audience. The soap started in 1995, and was set in a fictional Gym Club called Malhação on Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. Through the years the location varied slightly. Although the name of the soap remains the same, it is now set in the Múltipla Escolha High School.
