His songs are synonymous to many popular Filipino TV series earning him the moniker, “The King of Teleserye Theme Songs.” Erik’s numerous box office concerts, Night of the Champions, The Prince of Pop with the MPO, Erik Santos at the Araneta Coliseum, and Pop Icons at the Araneta, among others, testify to Erik’s greatness as a performer and singer. Erik doesn’t only dominate the local stage as he also represented the country in 2009 at the Beijing Olympics Asian Night. With eight albums in his belt, Erik is an unstoppable force in the Philippine music industry.
