2005 may have been the most memorable year in Ring of Honor history. In year 4 of it's existence, ROH reached new heights, and was home to the best wrestling on the planet. Spanning this compilation are some of ROH's biggest matches, moments, and the crowning of three new ROH World Champions.

Wrestle Kingdom I was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event co-produced by New Japan Pro-Wrestling and All Japan Pro Wrestling that took place on January 4, 2007, at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan, marking the 16th January 4 Tokyo Dome Show and the first under the Wrestle Kingdom name, and was headlined by Keiji Muto & Masahiro Chono vs. Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Satoshi Kojima in a Tag Team Match.

The Final Showdown was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on May 13, 2005 at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Dayton, Ohio. The show's name comes from the main event, with Bryan Danielson and Homicide having the fifth match in their "Best of Five" series, a Steel Cage match.
