Biography
Colin Bennett was an English television actor, best known for playing Mr Bennett, stooge to Tony Hart in his shows Hartbeat and Take Hart. Also on TV, he appeared as Zarquon in The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and hosted Night Shift from 1992 to 1999. His film credits included Brian and Charles, and Ben Wheatley's adaptation of Rebecca. He died on 23rd February, 2024.
