BURN GENTLY is an exploration into the ins and outs of the music industry, its growth, pressures, expectations and its hardships, through the lens of Australia’s many influential artists, contributors and industry professionals.

In 2010 a virus spread throughout the world's population turning the survivors Into mindless zombies. Around the same time of these Apocalyptic events the Hilltop Hoods were due to make a dvd for their Album 'State of the Art'. As civilisation collapsed, the Hoods were so self-involved they made their dvd anyway.

Since the release of their groundbreaking LP "The Calling" in 2003 the Hoods have travelled around Australia (and the world) performing to sell out crowds. On the 20th of November 2004 the Hoods returned home to perform to a huge audience at Adelaide's Thebarton Theatre, the result? "The Calling Live" DVD Cut from hundreds of hours of tape this DVD also contains rare footage, interviews and a unique insight into a group whose recent success is fascinating considering their humble beginnings and their independence from the mainstream music industry.

The City of Light is the second DVD released by Australian hip-hop band Hilltop Hoods. It was released in December 2007 by Obese Records. The City Of Light, documents the making of the platinum certified The Hard Road and the 2007 ARIA award winning The Hard Road: Restrung albums and the touring undertaken by the group in promoting these albums, allowing an insight into the creative dynamic of the group. Extras also include the Hilltop Hoods live at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 12th May 2007.

The Restrung Live music-doco celebrates Hilltop Hoods’ most successful national tour to date. Filmed during the national SOLD OUT Restrung Arena Tour in 2016, the Restrung Live music-doco shows a rare glimpse into the world behind the stage, with interviews from Hilltop Hoods, their team, fans and music counterparts.
