Wesley "Wes" Archer is an American animator and storyboard artist, frequently working as a director for adult animated shows. His work includes being one of three original animators for The Simpsons segment on The Tracy Ullman Show, as well as work on The Simpsons, Rick and Morty, Bob's Burgers, and Disenchantment.

Set in Springfield, the average American town, the show focuses on the antics and everyday adventures of the Simpson family; Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie, as well as a virtual cast of thousands.
