Biography
Yoshikatsu Fujiki is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on January 20, 1964, in Toyama, Japan. Standing at 190 cm, he is recognized for his roles in Mamoru Oshii’s Kerberos Saga, most notably as the voice of Kazuki Fuse in the 1999 anime film Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade, where he portrayed a conflicted paramilitary officer in a dystopian postwar Japan. Fujiki also appeared as Inui in StrayDog: Kerberos Panzer Cops (1991) and Chuichi Koshiramaru in Tachiguishi-Retsuden (2006), both within the same saga. His other credits include Assault Girls (2009), Kamen Rider Black RX (1988), The Next Generation Patlabor: Tokyo War, and Black Angel. Fujiki’s performances are marked by his ability to bring depth to action and dystopian roles across anime and live-action formats.

An attack takes place on Rainbow Bridge in Odaiba, Tokyo by the fighter helicopter `Gray Ghost`. 2 days earlier, the Gray Ghost was stolen. The perpetrators are followers of Yukihito Tsuge. The Crisis Empire devise a plan to defeat Kotaro Minami by reverting him back to his old form of Kamen Rider Black and sending out several revived monsters after him. However, Kamen Rider Black is assisted by another RX, who used a time warp to help his past self. The two are joined by RX's alternate forms of RoboRider and BioRider and the four Kamen Riders combine their powers to defeat the revived monsters.

A comedy with several erotic touches, where the protagonist Banji Suke (or Sukeban) has to disguise himself as a girl in order to be able to attend an all-female school to try and clear his name after being left the blame for the chaos all over town, while unaware that his assassins are watching his every move.
