Königlich Bayerisches Amtsgericht is a German comedy television series. It was produced by ZDF in the years 1968 to 1972 and contains 52 episodes. It is set in the German Empire shortly before World War I and revolves around the court proceedings of the Königlich Bayrisches Amtsgericht in the fictional Bavarian small town Geisbach. Almost all actors speak with a Bavarian dialect. The series features many famous Bavarian actors like Gustl Bayrhammer, Hans Baur and Max Grieser.
Das Kriminalmuseum was a German television series. It ran from 1963 to 1970 on ZDF and was one of its first programs. Each episode began with a tracking shot through an unspecified crime museum, stopping at one of the displays, whose story was then told. Each episode was between 60 and 75 minutes long and featured different actors as the criminal commissioner. The best known was Erik Ode, who in 1969 moved to Der Kommissar, appearing in 97 episodes. The theme music of the series was written by German composer Martin Böttcher, who also composed the complete scores for five episodes.

The villagers of Mauth are notorious for their stinginess. They are so thrifty that they can't even afford an organ for their church. When the mayor of Mauth goes to a wedding in the neighboring village, he attracts the ridicule of the entire pub society. Furious, he goes home and suggests to the local council that they should at least buy an organ to avert the ridicule from the village.
Xaver Bimshofer is the richest peasant in the village; and therefore, his only daughter Lenerl should marry a guy, who is diligent enough to keep the exemplary farm running. But Bimshofer doesn’t know, that Lenerl has long been a couple with the servant Sepp. So he suspects that every young man in the village wants to conquer his poor, innocent daughter. So that Lenerl really resists all these attempts, he gets a stone statue from Thomas Kammerlehner’s barn, “The Chaste Kunigunde”, which is supposed to protect the girl’s chastity and to protect her from sin by its positive energy.
Hans Brugger, a young engineer, wants to build a ski jump in an Alpine winter sports resort. The townspeople are enthusiastic about the project, hoping it will boost tourism, and consequently donate a large portion of the necessary construction funds. 12-year-old Jakob helps out at his mother's vegetable stand and also carries customers' purchased goods home. One day, an old woman with a long nose comes to the stand and claims that the herbs are bad and were better 50 years ago. Jakob is upset that she holds all the herbs to her nose and crushes them: "Take it away from your long nose!" he shouts and hits her hand. "Don't you like it, my beautiful long nose?" the woman scoffs, "You should have one too, even longer than mine." Finally, she buys some cabbages, which she wants Jakob to carry home for her. Jakob resists but is persuaded by his mother. Other market women whisper whether the old woman is not the evil fairy Kräuterweis.
The unscrupulous dealer Haslinger has paid off a debt note worth 1000 Mark from the peasant Kreithofer and now wants the man’s farm in return for the debt settlement. Then, suddenly, a rumor pops up that Grandfather Kreithofer is a rich man, who wants to leave his entire estate to his grandchild Lois. Grandpa started the rumor to help his grandson out of the mess, who, as luck would (not) have it, is also in love with Haslinger’s daughter, Ev. But no sooner does Haslinger hear of this rumor, that he wants the old man to move in with him, leave the debt to him and give permission for the kids to marry.
