It remains to be the No. 1 and most preferred youth-oriented drama of the viewers, consistently defeating the four counterpart programs of its competition in television ratings. The series follows the lives and loves of a close-knit group of teenagers through the fictional Westridge high school. The series' universal theme for all ages transcended into tackling more complicated issues, complex character dynamics and exciting tandems – from first loves to first heartbreaks, from "fitting in" to peer pressure, from bullying to how broken marriage affects the teens. The series concluded on June 10, 2012, with 87 episodes all in all. It replaced by Together Forever, another teen drama on its timeslot.

Home Sweet Home is a Filipino family drama and fantasy-adventure television series created by RJ Nuevas and produced by GMA Network. It premiered on April 22, 2013 on the network’s pre-primetime slot and on April 23, 2013 worldwide via GMA Pinoy TV. The series concluded its 13-week run on July 19, 2013 with a total of 64 episodes, and replaced by Binoy Henyo on its timeslot. The show headlines Raymart Santiago, Roxanne Guinoo, Jake Vargas, Bea Binene and Jillian Ward as the main cast. Gil Tejada, Jr. directed the show while Joy Lumboy-Pili serves as the executive producer for the entire run of the series. Ang Panday 2 begins with Flavio/Panday (Revilla) and Maria settling in the peaceful and quiet town of Matandang Kahoy. All is well until Lizardo returns and captures Maria. On his quest to save his lady love, Flavio crosses paths with Ariana whose father had been killed by Lizardo. As the two join forces, Ariana finds herself falling for Flavio. All this happens in a magical world filled with dragons, fairies and other mythical beings. According to Director Carlo J. Caparas who penned the story, the King of Philippine Movies himself, the late Fernando Poe Jr., would be impressed with the production of Ang Panday 2. FPJ had starred in the original Panday films, and had long been associated with the beloved Pinoy komiks character.
