Meskipun masih tergolong aktris pendatang baru, namun Martina Tesela ternyata memiliki ambisi yang sangat besar di dunia seni peran khususnya film. Aktris tersebut mengaku lebih puas berakting dalam sebuah proyek film ketimbang sinetron ataupun FTV. Keseriusan Martina di dunia akting dibuktikannya dalam proyek film Loe Gue End dimana iya berperan sebagai guru Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) yang gemar clubing dan mengkonsumsi ekstasi bernama Yosi. Untuk mendalami perannya tersebut, Martina rela keluyuran malam-malam dan singgah ke salah satu tempat 'dugem' ternama di kawasan Kota, Jakarta Pusat, hanya sekedar ingin mengetahui pola hidup kaum hedonis serta dampak narkoba. Walaupun lingkungan tersebut beresiko, namun Martina rela melakukannya demi menghilangkan rasa takut yang selalu singgah ketika mendapatkan suatu peran. Martina ingin selalu terlihat maksimal dan merasa puas ketika menonton film yang ia bintangi.
