In 1980s Los Angeles, a professional dwarf basketball team composed of recognizable-but-typecast actors finds itself the unwitting vanguard of a revolution to represent little people as something other than objects of curiosity.

Steve Hardy is an abstract, water-color artist who uses his craft as a means to meet new people. Having given out a multitude of free paintings over the course of 20+ years, Steve has become something of a small-town celebrity.

Circle The Wagen is a feature-length buddy/road-trip/docu-dramedy that follows Dave, an idealistic adventurer and automotive ne'er-do-well, and his convivial co-pilot Charlie on their journey down Route 66 in a baby blue 1972 VW bus. Through mishaps and murals, gasoline baths and breakdowns the two discover a teeming underground of vintage VW diehards willing to help save "The Croc" from the scrap heap and rally her beleaguered owner on to California.

Utilizing such varied materials as concrete, papier-mâché, and blown tires disparate LA street artists give new life to the dwindling remnants of the city's public pay-phones by re-purposing them as canvases for unique creative expressions.
