Its exceptional longevity still amazes people in a city where scripted TV drama programs typically only last around 20 episodes. The total number of episodes is 1,128. Each episode airs a few days in each week. The show centres on a family who operates a barbecue pork restaurant in Happy Valley, Hong Kong, and their life.

The Condor Heroes 95 is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Louis Cha's novel The Return of the Condor Heroes. It was first broadcast on TVB Jade in Hong Kong in 1995. Many of the cast from The Legend of the Condor Heroes reprised their roles in this series, such as Lau Dan and Wayne Lai. In addition, Jason Pai reprised his breakthrough role as Kwok Ching, whom he previously portrayed in The Legend of the Condor Heroes and The Return of the Condor Heroes.

The Criminal Investigator is a 1995 Hong Kong police procedural television drama. Produced by Jonathan Chik and edited by Chow Yuk-ming, the drama is a TVB production. The story follows a team of investigators from the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau unit of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force.

ICAC Investigators is a long running family of Hong Kong television miniseries about the work of Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). The series are public awareness films produced by Radio Television Hong Kong, an independent department of the government, with the full co-operation of the ICAC itself. Divine Retribution is a TV drama series broadcast by ATV in Hong Kong on 11, September 2000. The series is supposed to be a sequel to TVB's 1992 series The Greed of Man, and was initially called, literally "Greed of Man 2000". Part of the reason for the name change was said to be due to legal rights disputes. While Douban reviews have suggested that the sequel to a TVB series being adopted by a rival channel ATV was actually not one of major controversy.

Legendary Fighter: Yang's Heroine is a 2001 Chinese costume drama produced by Chinese Entertainment Shanghai Limited in conjunction with Taiwan Television, Singapore Press Holdings and China Film Group Corporation. The plot is based on the Generals of the Yang Family legends, focusing on the women in the stories.

Not long afterwards, Ling Lung gave birth to a boy and Kit decided to retire. However, it wasn’t long when Kit was forced to go back into business. Justice Sung II is the sequel in 1999.

Dr. Ko Lap-yan heads a team of senior psychiatrists and residents at the Yan Wo Hospital in Hong Kong. Most episodes revolve around the team diagnosing patients.
