Susan is a filmmaker working on a documentary about subway suicides at Mexico City. Roberto is an undocumented Mexican immigrant who cleans windows in New York. Roberto meets Susan and they start hanging out, sharing their own experiences.

Under the notion that "you can not change the future, but the past," a young woman who has grown up in a poor village in the highlands, embarks on a spiritual journey to Mexico City seeking to break the cycle of family alienation and find hope. Fate will return to the source to destroy and start over.

In Mexico, in 1994, Mariano, a tormented teenager has decided to commit suicide, leaving behind his testimony: a videotape explaining the World the reasons he had to do this. The result is a nostalgic and touching portrait of a young man´s soul who´s trying to redeem a family tragedy caused by him a few years before.

Is the story of women that were guerrilleras in Uruguay at the beginning of the 70's. Under an intimate focus, the film shows the moments of decision and the personal crossroads that it involve. The documentary search the experience and the look of common individuals in exceptional situations and goes to the bottom of the load of tensions, fears, contradictions and personal costs that those labor instants of the History have.

In a small town where nothing ever happens, the inhabitants learn about a place at the edge of the earth where money and women are abundant. When they see the oportunity to go and work illegaly in the United States, they jump at the chance. Meanwhile Andrés and Gregorio go to the town searching for treasures and they only find Matilde, the rest of the women in the town left, tired of waiting for the men to return.

Inside the elevators of the oldest multi-family residential building in Latin America, life goes by quickly. Bodies and stories crowd together in front of the elevator operators’ eyes in the small metal box. Elevator operators are spectators, guardians and confidants. They are the ones who know the living history of the buildings.

A 70 year old woman returns to a solitary train station where she recalls a strange encounter she had there 20 years ago.
