The Danish Ingen tid til Kaertegn (Be Dear to Me) is heavily reliant on the appeal of its star, 8-year-old Eva Cohn. Our heroine is the neglected child of a businessman father and actress mother. Feeling that happiness lies well outside her own backyard, Eva goes on a search for that happiness. The longer she stays away, the more her parents realize that they've unfairly ignored her. The plot is nothing new: it's what is done with it that pleases the eye and ear. Ingen tid til Kaertegn was one of the more popular entries in the 1957 Berlin Film Festival.

In the idyllic provincial town of Gammelkøbing lives Emanuel Thomsen, known as Thummelumsen. It is his great dream to buy the Møllegården, which was once owned by the family, and for 15 years he has been scrimping and saving to get by. In the meantime, he has been followed by several hopeful female glances, because even though Thummelumsen is no Adonis, he is full of energy. And when one day he wins 12,500 kroner in the lottery, everything seems to be going well. But then the bag is shaken once again...
A really nice mood bomb from Danish films golden age in the comedy genre! Peter Malberg is the somewhat goofy - but very much in love author Peter Strøm. He has fallen for the publisher's daughter, Else Fischer (played by one of the 30s biggest divas, Gull-Maj Norin). The same has just happened to the bright journalist Fritz Faber, who also intends to fight for the young Else. Naturally, this creates the classic intricacy and it all happens on board the Great America-steamer.
A bunch of wagons are crossing the border. It's the Karla Circus, which, after a rough season in Germany, is gonna try its luck in Denmark. Mrs. Karla, the beloved and respected circus director, goes through passports and papers with the customs officers... everything's fine, so the circus caravan can keep going to the next town. One of the circus employees is caught harboring a vagrant in his wagon. But when it turns out that the vagrant is an excellent flute player, he becomes an asset to Circus Karla.

They decide to get married, after which Annemarie disowns Grete. However, Ann-Marie's other daughter, Elin, is in love with Erik. Erik's past in Copenhagen catches up with him, and Elin moves in with her sister. The film then goes through a series of complications before Elin and Erik can finally get married and Ann-Marie is reunited with her daughters.

But when he dies, his son Niels returns home from Australia to take over the estate. However, it is not that simple. Due to his gambling addiction, farmer Hans Sværke has brought his farm to the brink of bankruptcy, thereby opening up the opportunity for the wealthy landowner Karius to achieve his goal of taking over the farm. However, parish bailiff Mikkelsen vouches for Sværke and saves him for the time being, and Sværke then leases the farm. Sværke dies, and his talented son Niels takes over the lease. He and the farmer's daughter, Grethe, are happy together, and Niels manages to get her hired at the farm. But Karius' daughter, who is in love with Niels, burns with jealousy and persuades her father to take advantage of Niels' difficult financial situation and take over the farm. Things look bleak for Niels, who has been cornered by the wealthy landowner. But one day while plowing, he sees something glinting in the soil...
A romantic comedy about Ingrid, the innkeeper's daughter, and Karsten, the landowner, who are in love. Ingrid's father is strongly opposed to the relationship because of an event that took place 40 years ago – and the estate's financial problems don't exactly help matters. Then three very different people arrive at the inn. The poet Ole, the Supreme Court lawyer Aagesen, and the record producer Blanquet. With their help, the landowner solves his financial problems and wins Ingrid's heart.
The beginning of the 20th century. The main character is the young, charming Count Pierre de Sauterne. There have been several conflicts between him and his aristocratic uncle, who, due to his fanatical interest in cars, is called Tøf-Tøf. The authoritative older gentleman also has a pronounced weakness for the female sex, and it irritates him that his nephew far surpasses him in this regard. Uncle Tøf-Tøf decides that Pierre must spend his summer vacation in a secluded family villa on the North Sea coast as punishment, but not long into his stay, two charming girls seek shelter from a thunderstorm.
Shipowner Holm’s young wife Grete has a head full of romantic ideas. Holm is particularly irritated by her interest in the poet Lorens Bøllemose, who has almost moved in with the couple. With the help of a friend, he plots a shipwreck during an excursion on the Øresund. At the Gästhaus "Den Hvide Hest" in the Austrian Alps, romantic entanglements are in full swing. Waiter Leopold is in love with landlady Josepha, who has her eye on charming manufacturer Sigismund, who in turn hits on all women almost as a matter of principle. Klara and Lene also join the battle for the popular manufacturer, while waiter apprentice Mickey would rather just have a goat.
In the northern part of the Atlantic Ocean on the island of Troldø lives a single farming family. The grandmother Gunhild is the only woman on the island and her son Enok is unable to find a wife. Gunhild's advanced age causes her to worry for the future of the family. So she initiates a plan to get Enok married, a plan that is put into action when the young Eva becomes stranded on the island. But the community must be shaken by several dramatic events before Gunhild can breathe a sigh of relief.
The popular Danish family are vacationing on the island of Bornholm. Unfortunately, they have not been able to get hotel rooms, but Tiny Per, always resourceful, have come up with the idea that they must sleep in a tent. Father and Uncle Anders are not quite enthusiastic about the idea, but there is nothing else to do.
