Papa to Nat-chan is a drama about a young girl who matures from a high school student into a wife. Goro Shimura lost his wife nine years ago. Since then, he has lived with Natsumi. This comedy depicts Goro's struggles and Natsumi's journey to marriage.

The North General Hospital in the Tondo district of Manila was as busy as a battlefield.
