This new story captures the free and playful essence of BIX’s rebellious spirit, which once led Samas and the band to West Berlin, where they shared a stage with Nirvana. Samas, a painter and karate fan, was followed and 're-educated' by the KGB and helped spark the punk movement that protested against Soviet restrictions. Along with teacher Grikis and friends, they recorded forbidden songs away from the authorities.

Between 1944–1953, courageous resistance movement took place in the Baltic region of Europe, uniting the partisan troops for struggle against the Soviet Union. “The Invisible Front” was a coded name used by the Soviet Interior forces to describe the resistance movement in Lithuania. Film depicts the story of the fighters through the words and experience of the partisan leader, Juozas Luksa, and interviews with eyewitnesses of those events - both the partisans and the Soviet fighters. Tales of horror, torture and courage are told in the rare archival footage that has never been screened before, and interviews with the surviving members of the resistance movement.

The Be2gether music and arts festival in Lithuania was the first open-air festival of its kind in the Baltic states. With the slogan "Music opens borders," the event encouraged people to come together regardless of their nationality, cultural, social, or religious differences. Surrounded by the Belarusian border and closely monitored by the Lithuanian and Belarusian security services, the festival brought together thousands of music lovers from different countries to the meadows of Norviliškis Castle for four years.
