Biography
Helen Stewart, born Helen McGregor on January 21, 1941, in Helensburgh, Scotland, is the wife of Sir Jackie Stewart, the renowned Formula 1 driver. The couple met as teenagers in their hometown and married in 1962. Helen has been a steadfast support throughout Jackie's racing career and subsequent endeavors. In 2014, she was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, leading Sir Jackie to establish the charity Race Against Dementia to fund research into the disease.
