A virus gets loose in Taipei Army and SWAT teams oversee evacuation but in Ximending the gangs don't want the police They attack the military but when both find themselves under attack by zombies there is an alliance as they try and escape.

A city sanitation worker Ah Mao (played by Li Tien-Sheng), who accidentally gets caught up in a gang chase: the gang hangs a bag of pay-day money on his garbage truck, but Ah Mao, rushing to meet his girlfriend, doesn't notice and places the bag under his bed. To formally propose to his girlfriend's mother, he needs to prepare a banquet of sixty tables, leading to a series of hilarious misadventures with his housemate Ah Fook.
