Biography
Eliot Feld is an American modern ballet choreographer, performer, actor, teacher and director. He attended the High School of Performing Arts in New York City, and later studied at the School of American Ballet and the New Dance Group. At the age of sixteen he appeared on Broadway in the stage version of "West Side Story" and was later cast as 'Baby John' in the film version of the musical. In 1967 he formed his own company, the American Ballet Company (later known simply as Feld Ballet) and in 1978 a ballet school, the New Ballet School.
