The film tells the story of Lu You, a once highly regarded Chinese female footballer who retired at the height of her career due to an injury. At this low point in her life, she came to a poor and backward mountain village in Pakistan to help a group of young girls pursue their football dream.

This is a story about a determined woman and a group of young teachers who have just graduated and led more than a hundred girls to successfully change their lives against the odds.
