Richthofen goes off to war like thousands of other men. As fighter pilots, they become cult heroes for the soldiers on the battlefields. Henry is usually hungover, even more often in a bad mood and rather an imposition as a death assistant. His caring attitude towards his clients is hidden under a very rough exterior. Pursued by Henry's colleague Benno and Rebecca's husband Daniel - whose existence she has stupidly not told Henry about - they embark on a crazy trip full of absurd encounters that take more out of Henry than he could have imagined.
