A young couple meet in a land made of pastries. The two seem to fall in love at first sight, and arrange a "Pastry Town Wedding," conducted by small pastry-making people.

A storybook opens to depict little Dorothy on the grey Kansas prairies, when suddenly a cyclone comes up, turns her world to color, and she lands on a Scarecrow, who promptly gets up and walks with her. Her dog Toto finds a woodcutter made of tin, so the Scarecrow oils him up and he accompanies them. They watch some animals reproduce before being ushered into the Emerald City by singing suits of armor and a lavish parade of overweight cops before meeting the Wizard, a devious little man who transforms eggs into uncontrollable forms, much to Billina's dismay.

In Eshbaugh’s ‘political’ animated cartoon world, the Democratic platform is destroyed by its own swallowing of the NRA (National Recovery Act), sending the Donkey representing the party into a dizzying disastrous bucking fury (thanks to a ‘liberal’ added dose of Russian vodka).

A goat is driving his car but he is blocked off by a road hog. When he finally passes the road hog up the road hog quotes "D***!" The goat runs into some pretty weird antics. But he comes out in the end.

Created in conjunction with Lipton as a soft-sell for its products, Tea Pot Town seems largely inspired by the Sunshine Makers narrative. Just as Sunshine Makers promoted milk - showing cheerful gnomes using it to cheer up their gloomy rivals - Tea Pot Town purported that drinking tea once per day added positivity to life and helped chase away negative thoughts.
