In 1934, Bolivia is at war with Paraguay. Liborio and Ticona and other Bolivian indigenous soldiers are lost in the hell of the Chaco, under the commandment of German Captain Kundt. They're looking for the Paraguayan enemy that they haven't seen for months, and that they will never find. They leave together in a search that will make them realize, progressively, the destiny they have been pushed into and the inevitable condition of a defeated troop. They're walking like shadows, wandering forever in the middle of dust and silence.

Barra da Tijuca, West Side Zone of Rio de Janeiro. A wave of murderers plague the area. What starts off as a morbid curiosity for the local youth, slowly begins to spoil away at their lives. Among them is Bia, a 15-year-old girl. After an encounter with death, she will do anything to make sure she is alive.

Luisa works temporarily babysitting children in a factory. For an inopportune occasion, they are left with their boyfriend in charge of a boy who accidentally suffers from drug poisoning. Luisa and her boyfriend will be involved.

After a long period of absence, Rina returns to her island deep in the Tigre river Delta. There she spent a large part of her life and raised her son. Now she wants to recover her home and return there with Facundo, who also left the island. Both, mother and son, will learn that nothing is like it was. Machines on the river are about to destroy everything. A girl is lost in the forest. The water is rising.

Continuing the series started with Intervened Events (2014), the Buenos Aires Film Museum presents the second feature film made entirely with material from its archives and by fourteen outstanding Argentine filmmakers. These are nine issues of Cine Escuela Argentino, a project created in 1948 by the Argentine Ministry of Education during the first government of Juan Domingo Perón. The latter promoted “the use of the cinematographer as a didactic assistant destined to complete the educational and cultural work, mainly in what concerns exalting the feelings of the nationality, with the heroic example of the heroes, Christian morality and the multiple civil duties, great and small”. Hence, most of the films produced by Cine Escuela Argentino were aimed at scientific dissemination and tourism promotion of the various regions of the country. (Museum of Cinema)

Two mismatched cousins take a road trip to visit family.

Without a doubt, Angélica is having a crisis. Her mother died recently, she has to empty out her childhood home because it is going to be demolished, she doesn’t seem to have gotten over her split with her ex, and she is about to turn 40. Without any idea about how to deal with any of these things, she escapes to the past: she secretly hides in her childhood home and, while the walls fall around her, reality becomes hazy. Hidden in her house, that is both a shelter and a trap, bit by bit Angélica loses herself, fusing with her mother. Delfina Castagnino creates an elliptical and sinister tale, sowed with disturbing sounds and shadows, a film in which a framing, a musical note or a camera movement can transform peeling wallpaper into a threat, or the projection of a slide image into a ghost. And so what could be a family drama becomes a psychological thriller: Angélica turns mourning into a tale of horror.

A lonely guy who lives with seven dogs get a complaint from his neighbors. Will he come up with a creative solution to overcome this?

An ill man takes a trip on his boat to remember quietly his life. Unexpectedly, a girl takes cover on the same boat. When the man finds her, she asks him for help because she will be charged for a crime she did not commit. On the way, they'll have several problems, being the first one the police officer friend of the owner of the boat.
