Sunny has returned to Penang to shoot his new film about his family, without their knowledge. However he has run out of money and is struggling to shoot an essential scene. His sister, Hoon, comes by the film studio and discovers that he is shooting a warts and all film about their family. In the confrontation that follows, Sunny has an epiphany that illuminates and changes his perspective of his past.

The movie is comprised of six inter-related stories that tell of the frantic days leading up to the most important election ever in Malaysia. It follows the lives of everyday people, who come together for their common love: their country. Each of the stories told shows the meaning of being a true Malaysian.

Jejak Warriors tells the inspirational story of a young teenager’s (Wan Raja) journey to meet his favourite football team, The Red Warriors. Wan Raja’s father was The Red Warriors’ number one fan until an incident changed his family’s life forever. Following his unexpected death, Wan Raja sets out to realise his father’s unfulfilled dream which is to get all the players’ autographs. Along his journey from Johor Bahru to Kota Bahru to meet the team, he encounters various trials and tribulations but giving up is never an option.

This musical tells the story of a girl named Nurul Aiman who possesses a chubby body, less-than-desirable physical features and a naive but kind heart. Despite her looks, she is as much a lady as other girls her age. Her best friends are Lana dan Azadan, whom she has known since childhood and she lives in a backwater village with her mother Lia, her father Hairil and her grandmother Nenda Zaimah. In school, Aiman is friends with a guy named Johari, who is good-looking and smart, and who also secretly harbours feelings for Aiman. At the same time, Lana and the most popular girl in school, Rita, fancy Johari.
