Maria is in need of money. Because her day-time job doesn't pay enough, she works at night at a cabaret. She needs the money so that she can pay for her sister, Nana's eyes operation. When both Maria and Nana were younger, Maria burned down the home, causing her sister's blindness and killing their father (mother survived.) Shiro is a famous concert pianist. However, he isn't happy with his marriage or his life in general. Maria and Shiro are united through a traffic accident, causing Shiro to be hospitalized. Faking amnesia and his identity, he stays at Maria's place and eventually starts to work at the cabaret as a piano player. As you will find out later on, life was not meant for Maria and Shiro to find one another.

A detective living a happy married life learns that a man he once arrested has escaped from prison. The fugitive commits a string of robberies and rapes, and ultimately takes his former lover as hostage - the same woman who is now the detective's wife. The criminal continues his exploits while evading capture, all while weilding the detective's gun and repeatedly assaulting the detective's wife.

Ultraman Tiga: The Final Oddysey was sort of an epilogue of the Ultraman Tiga series. Just when we thought that the world is safe, it's under attack again! A TPC excursion (including GUTS' Captain Megumi Iruma) headed to an old ruins and unintentionally woke up three evil ancient giants whom Daigo, later on, has visions of. What's so haunting about his visions is that they're not only three but four evil giants, including Ultraman Tiga in a very dark physique and a very evil aura. After a series of visions, Daigo was able to meet the three evils who beat him up and left the Black Spark Lens to him. Later on, the ultimate battle begins in the ancient ruins. Daigo as Ultraman Tiga, who is supposed to be the warrior of light, must use his powers, however dark, in order to defeat the three evils.

A barkeeper saves a Yakuza boss' life and thus makes his way up in the organization. However, his fear of nothing soon causes problems.

When a young Yakuza torments the customers in a rival crime family's nightclub, it is not long before his dead body is found. Soon, inter-family retaliation follows, resulting in the death for a prominent crime boss. The fall of Yoshimoto Imanishi spreads Nobunaga Oriki’s (Hitoshi Ozawa) reputation across Japan. In Omi, he forges a brotherhood oath with Nagamasa Asakawa (Daisuke Nagakura), further extending the Oriki-gumi’s influence. Alarmed, National Police Agency Director Ichijo (Masahiko Tsugawa) orders their destruction. Meanwhile, Ieyasu Tokusawa (Yasukaze Motomiya) abandons the Imanishi-gumi, declaring independence as the Tokusawa-gumi. Upon learning this, Nobunaga extends his hand, joining forces with Tokusawa in pursuit of nationwide unification. Elsewhere, Yoshiaki Ashitaga (Kazuyoshi Ozawa), ousted from the Murohachi Alliance, seeks to rebuild it, turning to Shingen Takebe (Shun Sugata) for aid—but is coldly passed around. And from Fukui, Mitsuhide Akashi (Mikio osawa) of the Amakura-gumi moves the pieces of the board, pulling the Oriki-gumi into the next great upheaval.
