The story is set in the 112 information center, the main protagonists are two sisters, Aleša and Mia. The elderly Aleša performs a very stressful and at the same time poorly paid job in the 112 information center. Her already tense everyday life becomes even more complicated when, after many years of studying abroad, her younger sister Mia returns, without money, a job or friends, and, of course, takes refuge on the couch with her older sister. While Aleša struggles with burnout, Mia tries to find her place in this world. While saving the hardships and lives of others, will the sisters also be able to save their own?

The story takes place in three days, which are perceived by protagonist Jakob as fatal for his life. On a business trip in a remote Mediterranean resort he gets involved in a fatal relationship with Melitta, a young hotel owner, and mayor, who proves to be his officially missing father. Melitta shows him the way to Čamčatka, a land where coordinates of our world have vanished and where everything is possible.
