Biography
Elizabeth Fowler is a former talent agent and manager starting her career at ICM. In 2009 she started the production company Clear Pictures Entertainment. The first film she developed and produced was Devil's Knot, based on the award winning book, and directed by Atom Egoyan starring Oscar winners Reese Witherspoon and Colin Firth. Devil's Knot premiered at the Toronto Film Festival. She then produced A Belle For Christmas with Dean Cain and Haylie Duff for Starz and All the Devil's Men with Milo Gibson and William Fichtner which was acquired by Netflix. Fowler's next film was Official Secrets which premiered at Sundance in 2019. Directed by Gavin Hood, it stars Oscar nominees Keira Knightley and Ralph Fiennes and opened in theaters August 2019. Fowler's current films are Blackwater Lane based on the NYT bestselling book The Breakdown by B.A. Paris and starring Minka Kelly, Maggie Grace and Dermot Mulroney as well as the documentary The Conqueror about one of the biggest environmental disasters in the United States. Fowler's next projects include Slay The Dreamer with Oscar nominated Joe Berlinger directing and Oscar winners Laurence Fishburne and Jeremy Irons starring as well as Finding Grace with Oscar nominees Jackie Weaver and Richard E. Grant starring.
