Little Lulu's daddy gives her a blue posey to exhibit at a flower show. She loses it on the way and a bulldog prevents her from reacquiring it, but she outwits him and proceeds to the show. There she breaks the stalk when she uses her bean-shooter at a hummingbird. She tosses the flower in a barrel of Vigaro and the flower suddenly bursts into bloom again.

Mini-Squirts (1967) shows two kids (a boy and a girl) playing house, only to take the roles of husband and wife in a movie/soap-opera fashion, complete with organ music and overly-dramatic dialogues.
This cartoon concerns the efforts of a kitten, Gabriel, and a mouse, Peter, who apparently live in peaceful coexistence in the home of Parson Peaseporridge, to get the Parson to wake up at night and feed them their milk and cheese, respectively. The Parson repeatedly rises up, in a fit of sleepwalking, and reaches the cupboard, while muttering the need to feed the "churchkitten" and "churchmouse," but then proceeds to drink the milk and eat the cheese himself. Eventually, the kitten and mouse enlist the aid of a neighboring puppy named Trumpet to achieve their goal.
Lulu decides to get her hands on a horseshoe for good luck to avoid another spanking.
Baby Huey, the man-sized duckling, wants to play circus with the regular-size ducks, and they trick him into a barrel which almost goes over a cliff. It doesn't but it puts him into the hands of a hungry fox, who tries all manner of tricks to make Baby Huey palatable. They all fail and Baby Huey winds up as the circus ringmaster, putting the defeated fox through all kinds of tricks.
Little Lulu and her dog are charged with protecting the baby chicks from a sly and hungry cat. The cat attempts to steal Little Lulu's chicks but is foiled by Lulu and her dog after many attempts.
Casper struggles to find friends who won't run away scared when they meet him.
Mamsie catches Lulu making a mess of the kitchen, so she punishes Lulu. When Lulu asks, "How do you know that I made this mess?", the maid says sarcastically, "A little bird told me!" Angered that the bird outside her home snitched to the family's maid, Lulu goes after the bird with her slingshot.
Even dead kids can be a bad influence. Take what happens to Billy for example. Casper the "friendly" ghost takes the slightly awkward little boy under his wing, and before long the two of them are cheating in a local football game.
A toyshop owner tells a little girl the story behind the two dolls she's fallen in love with.
Casper the Friendly Ghost comes to the aid of King Luna and his people after being attacked by invading Tree Men.
Police Officer Flanagan gives a little blind girl, Billie, a Raggety-Ann doll, and she is told she can see it if she uses her imagination; she does so and the slum neighborhood is transformed into an enchanted fairyland, alive with beautiful colors and music.
For misbehaving, Little Lulu gets a spanking from Daddy with the book "Art of Self Defense" in her pants. In the shower, after being sent to her room, Lulu starts to sing "I'm Just Curious." Later Lulu sneaks out and goes after a chicken hawk who, thinking that he's a stork, tries to get Lulu's chickens from her family's henhouse.
Lulu goes to see the magic show with the magician's act.Lulu wants to be part of the magic show but she finds trouble. Watch for the gag when Lulu is mistaken as a rabbit in the magician's hat.
Casper is in an African jungle. He frightens a zebra at a watering hole. Wheezy the elephant has a terrible sneezing problem; he sneezes all the feathers off a peacock and a group of monkeys out of their perches. Casper decides to help, and in the process dislodges the feather that was making the elephant sneeze. But then a fire breaks out, and the elephant is unable to sneeze on command.
Little Billy and Isabel catch Red Lantern, the Magic Fish. He takes them to the Land Of The Lost to meet King Find All, Rosita Wristwatch, and Wally Pocketwatch.
After startling a stork who drops his package, Casper the Friendly Ghost delivers a baby penguin to its parents at the South Pole.
On their way to Night School, Casper the Friendly Ghost and his pal, Spooky Ghost, pass a zoo, and Spooky has a good time scaring the animals until Casper, posing as the ghost of the scared denizens of the zoo, scares Spooky.
Blackie the black lamb is chased by a wolf trying to shear Blackie's wool for a winter coat.
