This film follows the lead character, Max Hell, who goes on a mission to rescue Dr. Trixi T from the clutches of the evil Mickey O'Malley.

Julie Strain is the tyrannical interrogator who commands the dark forces of the future. They abduct Jenny, an innocent woman and enslave her inside an invincible steel fortress. Forced to endure mind-shattering torments, she befriends the other female prisoners who commit unspeakable acts in order to survive. A young teenage girl tries to help a small, purple-colored, jive-talking alligator escape from the clutches of a greedy carnival owner as well as an assortment of various characters so he can be reunited with his owner.

Several people get haunted by a malicious baby ghost while being locked in their high rise overnight.

Julie and Tommy rescue a baby sea serpent and attempt to keep it safe and hidden from their father (a reporter for a tabloid) and a couple bumbling thieves until they can get it back to the ocean.

Scott Shaw stars as the lone samurai, MAX HELL, on the trail of the serum which was unleashed to turn all of humanity into Toads.
