Richard Pendrey

A BBC television anthology series featuring productions of classic and contemporary stage plays usually broadcast on BBC1. Each production featured a different work, often using prominent British stage actors in the leading roles. The series was transmitted from October 1965 to September 1983.

In 1912, during the Mexican Revolution, the border between Texas and Mexico is on flames due to savage raids by Mexican bandits who call themselves freedom fighters, so the US government entrusts to General Pershing the capture of General Héctor Córdoba, the most notorious among them.

"A", a member of a student protest organization, becomes disenchanted by his group's inability to effect real change. Emboldened to pursue more radical methods by the older, experienced leftist organizer Despard, "A" unwittingly becomes party to a labor strike that turns violent. Ultimately held responsible by the authorities for the fracas, "A" allies himself with terrorist Leonard, who intends to avenge those jailed in the protest.

Tales of Unease was a British supernatural drama series based on a series of horror story anthologies, edited by John Burke. The series ran for seven episodes in 1970. The anthologies were published between 1960 and 1969.

A married man forms a liaison with a woman he meets on a train, and is divorced by his wife who allows him access to their daughters on Sundays, which they usually spend at the zoo.

Kayo Hathaway created a wildly successful comic strip featuring "Bad Bad Jo Jo", a murderous hulking white racist, and his cackling mother. Hathaway is about to go into tax exile but decides to entertain a couple of fans. Hathaway is louche and cynical. The two fans like to dress up as the characters and act out their fantasies. Hathaway is their next victim.

South Vietnam. Working as the head of voluntary relief team Henry Martin objects to the use of torture on prisoners. Martin's principles are tested when his young son is kidnapped and a prisoner may have information on his whereabouts.
