Rex the Runt is an animated claymation television show produced by Aardman Animations for BBC Bristol in association with EVA Entertainment and Egmont Imagination. Its main characters are four plasticine dogs: Rex, Wendy, Bad Bob and Vince. The series began with a short, Ident, in 1989 directed by Richard Goleszowski. After a long gestation period this developed into two unaired shorts and then thirteen ten-minute episodes that first aired over two weeks on BBC2 from December 1998. A second thirteen episode series aired from September 2001 on the same channel. As well as the core cast guest voices included Paul Merton, Morwenna Banks, Judith Chalmers, Antoine de Caunes, Bob Holness, Bob Monkhouse, Jonathan Ross, Graham Norton, Arthur Smith, June Whitfield, Kathy Burke, Pam Ayres and Eddie Izzard.

Two primordial humans fear that their "village" is in danger from a volcano that is about to erupt. To find out if they are safe, they go in search of the legendary Pythagasaurus, a dinosaur who is an expert in mathematics.

Pog lets Pib lick the whisk he used to make a cake with, and Pib's tongue gets stuck in it. Pibs then proceeds to cut Pog's face off with a Knife and it lands in the cake.

Inspired by real-life experiences of children that Save the Children works with, ‘Home’ tells a story about how child refugees feel and what it’s like to be separated from friends, family, and school in a new and unfamiliar setting. It also celebrates the possibilities for children to welcome new refugee friends and learn about different cultures. Although prompted by the outbreak of war in Ukraine, this moving four-minute animation aims to support the many millions of children who have been forced to leave their homes because of violence in countries including Ukraine, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Syria.

Too Much Sweets have taken their toll on Pog so Pib Resorts to Dentistry, By Removing Pog's Rotten tooth, then Fills Pog's mouth shut.

Pib finds a Chocolate Bar which makes him Sick, and Vomits through his eyes due to Pog stapling his mouth shut, having Pib learn the educational value of eating good food.
