Danila goes to his successful brother, Victor, in Petersburg to start a new life. Unknown to Danila, Victor is a contract killer, but is in hiding after asking for too much money to assassinate a Chechen mob boss. To avoid exposure, Victor convinces Danila to kill the boss instead.

The guardian of the inheritance turns out to be a high-ranking Freemason who tells him the story of his grandfather, gives him the winnings and involves him in a Masonic conspiracy.

The movie is an absurdly ironic narrative that reflects the anti-science and anti-American tendencies of recent times.

The film "Rock Beyond" is dedicated to Viktor Tsoi, Boris Grebenshchikov and Sergei Kuryokhin, who became the Main Heroes of Russian rock in the 1980s and 1990s. The authors strive to show the atmosphere and energy of those years, as well as the opinion of modern young people about Rock culture before they were born.

A requiem for a Russian peasant woman, Maria Semionovna Voinova. The film is in two chapters. The first chapter consists of an impression of Maria Semionovna, scenes of the colours of summer time: hay–making, bathing in a river, work in the flax fields and a holiday in the Crimea. The second chapter, set nine years later, is in black and white and deals with how Maria Semionovna's life ended. The mood is one of a sad and elegiac narration.

The beginning of the 20th century. The recklessness of fanatics is pushing humanity towards the abyss. A revolution begins in Russia. Crazy Dr. Farkus induces an orgasm of inanimate matter. White Moroccan dwarfs are becoming active. A second Sun appears in the sky. In this difficult environment, captains selflessly confront the forces of chaos, maintaining the cosmic balance of history.

A new project of Kazakhstani cinematographers under the general direction of Yegor Konchalovsky, which is a feature film. It consists of 10 unrelated film novellas directed by different directors. In its form, the project repeats the French "Paris, I love you", the American "New York, I love you", the Russian "Moscow, I love you!".

The film speaks about universal themes of love, hate and search for love. The portrait of three women represents these three states. Tanya Neubivko has never been in love but optimistically is searing for it. Her unfortunate and even dangerous encounters with strangers on dates almost got her killed. Rita is happily engaged and planning a wedding after a routine medical check-up. Nadya is a very unhappy doctor who hates her husband and finds relief in alcohol. The story takes place in a surreal hospital with the leaking roof and hollow walls and constantly smoking doctors, where Rita is destined to die.

The manifestation and fireworks on the 1st of May, one of the ritual celebrations of Soviet times, as a gathering of tired participants of a mass scene falling into pieces without the director's orders and without any aims.

This film is made up from archive footage from the early years of the twentieth century covering the years from 1900 to 1920. The footage, often unique, was filmed by different people and groups the world over, and is united to give a wide overview of the fate of European civilization.

The action begins in Moscow, continues in the Crimea and takes place in the Donbass. These three points, three locations are important, semantic ancestors of historical events that shocked the whole world.

Year 2017 would be the 100th Anniversary of the revolution in Russia. Film researches the reasons of the “Russian revolution”, First World War, external and internal conspiracies, which led to the collapse of the monarchy and traditional world order. Narration is build of quotes, memoirs and inferences of eyewitnesses. The facts are told based on the views of the authors of the film.

In the early 70s of the twentieth century, a gramophone record called "Lute music of the XV-XVII centuries" arrived in music stores. She was a truly stunning success and was in almost every Soviet family. The first number on it was the work "Canzone" by the composer Francesco da Milano (1497-1543). To the tune of the "Canzone", the poet Henri Volokhonsky composed the poem "Over the Blue Sky", using biblical images from the Old Testament Book of the prophet Ezekiel. The song "Under the Blue Sky" became the most famous ballad, and the aria "Ave Maria" became a worldwide opera hit. And suddenly, twenty years after the release of the record, it turned out that the withered Italian composers on the cover do not have such works, and their author is the Hero of our film – self-taught Vladimir Vavilov. In the film, Andrey "Ryusha" Reshetin, a violinist, researcher of Russian music and language of the Baroque era, discusses the secrets of music.

The picture is about the anti-Hitler coalition of the USSR, England and America, which developed as a counterweight to the aggressive policy of Nazi Germany during the Second World War. The unique newsreel footage of these years, shot by operators of different warring countries, is connected with today's thoughts of the author about the fate of the post-war world, about the humanitarian losses of both sides and about gaining unstable hopes for the unity of the world in countering evil.

The city of Suzdal was first recorded in ancient chronicles 1000 years ago. For centuries, it attracted the very energy of life and creative powers of outstanding people. The Grand Dukes Vladimir Monomakh, Yuri Dolgoruky, Andrei Bogolyubsky, Georgy Vsevolodovich erected powerful fortifications around the Kremlin, built and repeatedly rebuilt the main city cathedral in honor of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, founded ensembles of princely residences around Suzdal - Kideksha and Bogolyubovo. They nurtured the capital of a new state, the prototype of the Moscow Tsardom - Vladimir on the Klyazma.
