Alice Seleznyova, a girl from the future, finds herself 1984. Following her are the space pirates Krys and Joker Y, with most nasty pirate's intentions. Coming to her help is an ordinary boy, Kolya, and his friends from 6th grade. Based on Kir Bulychyov's 1077 novel "One Hundred Years Ahead."

But his dream of becoming a detective is coming true: he becomes the best detective in Los Angeles. Each episode of the film has its own plot.

After WWII is over, a young officer Volodya Sharapov returns to Moscow to work in MUR - Moskovskiy Ugolovny Rozysk (Moscow Criminal Police). There he meets Gleb Zheglov who is a chief of a squad which fights organized crime. Their main task is to track down a gang "Chernaya Koshka" (Black Cat) which terrorizes the city. Also, they have to find out who murdered Larisa Gruzdeva. Zheglov believes it was her husband Ivan Gruzdev, but Sharapov has his doubts about it...

The series is set in the Russian Empire during the second half of the 19th century, against the backdrop of social upheaval and the Russo-Turkish War. At the heart of the story is the romance between Sofya, a student at the Institute for Noble Young Ladies, and the married Count Vorontsov.

6-grader Kolya Gerasimov discovers a time machine in a basement of an old house in Moscow and gets transferred into the 21st century. There he is allowed to look around. Accidentally, Kolya witnesses two space pirates who arrive from Saturn and later try to steal a device called a "Mielophone" (which can read thoughts) from Alisa Seleznyova - a girl that performs experiments with this device and animals. Kolya manages to save the device from the pirates and brings it back to the 20th century. But both pirates and Alisa get there too. Boris Zhadanovsky, a hereditary nobleman and officer who was predicted to have a brilliant military career, sides with the rebellious people. After the revolution, Zhadanovsky joins the Red Army and dies fighting the White Army.

Anya is brought up in an orphanage, she has been in the school of ballroom dancing. She falls in love with the head of school, who is much older than her. After a quarrel with him Anya throws the newly born child in the hospital and goes to the village where settles in an abandoned house. Her peer Sanya, who secretly and hopelessly in love with Anya, leaves the children's home together with her. At first, he seems to be a child, unable to take a serious and responsible decisions, but gradually Anya sees that he grows up and falls in love with him.
