In Search of the Lost Father
In April 2011, relatives and neighbors of the Dupont de Ligonnès family became concerned. The shutters of the couple's home had been closed for several days. On April 21, 2011, during a search of the property, police discovered five bodies buried under the terrace: those of the mother and her four children. Only the body of the father, Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès, was missing. He immediately became the prime suspect in the quintuple murder. Step by step, his route is traced. Soon, the fugitive's trail goes cold. His last sign of life dates back to April 15, 2011, when he spent the night in a hotel in Var. Since then, there has been no trace of Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès. An international appeal is launched.

In 1982, the newly elected President of France, François Mitterrand, clashes with the Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceaucescu in a spy story worthy of a detective novel, a conflict during the Cold War and a hidden struggle in which the secret services of both countries, the French DST and the Romanian Securitate, were involved. In 1982, Ceaucescu orders one of his agents to assassinate two Romanian dissidents living in Paris, the writers Virgil Tanase and Paul Goma, French citizens. But instead of carrying out this order, the Securitate agent Matei Haiducu, alias Matthieu Forestier, went directly to report him to the DST.
