Biography
У својој 21. години је постао члана београдског аматерског Експерименталног драмског студија. 6 година касније је дипломирао глуму на Факултету драмских уметности у класи професора Владимира Јевтовића. Након дипломирања је постао члан београдског дечјег позоришта „Бошко Буха“. Године 1989. је снимио више од 270 епизода емисије „Бајка за лаку ноћ“, приче за лаку ноћ које су се емитовале на националној телевизији. Од 1989. до 1995. је водио емисију за децу „С оне стране дуге“, што га је уз Бранка Коцкицу, учинило најпопуларнијим дечјим глумцем и забављачем. Од 1995. је водио емисију „Више од игре“ на РТВ Пинк. Милорад Мандић је играо у бројним српским филмовима. Најзапаженија улога му је у филму Срђана Драгојевића „Лепа села лепо горе“. Био је водитељ квиза „Узми или остави“, који се приказивао на телевизији Б92, а водио је и квиз „Ја волим Србију“, који се приказивао на Првој српској телевизији.
Known For

It follows the two lead characters, Svaba and Ekser, as they try to make a living on the streets of Belgrade through the life of petty crime. Making matters worse is the fact that Shvaba owes a lot of money to a local big-shot criminal. And just when things seem lost for the two men, Shvaba's mother inherits a house in Baranda - a village near Belgrade no one's ever heard of. Belgrade, 1999. Anxious and worried, in the midst of the bombing that's begun, Sergei hides Harvey from what he thinks is awaiting him - arrest. During the night, he thinks up a plan. He announces the start of filming on a new, patriotic film - in which the main role will be played by Harvey. The plan works - the State supports the film and Mileta, as the State's representative, joins the crew. However, the underlying conflict between Mileta and Sergei explodes during the first screening. Mileta accuses them of being artists, and not being patriots.

For him she is the first woman he can talk to; for her he is just another idiot to add to the long list of them that she has so far compiled. But the pressure of danger and the intimations of war force them together. The world about them has become so absurd that they seem to each other the only sober people left.

The story takes place in 1993 Serbia, torn by hyperinflation and economic disaster. Milan, an avid fan of FC Partizan, lives with his friend, a painter, and makes money by selling his paintings to the "new elite". He meets a nice girl who works a phone sex hot line and the two eventually fall in love. An another friend so his is a treasury guard in a bank governed by a shady lady known as "Serbian mother", notorious for cheating the thousands of creditors. The couple is planning to rob the bank and run away to a remote sunny island with palms.
