In a polluted mangrove swamp, dead bodies raise during the night, attacking and biting the dwellers that transform into aggressive zombies. Local fisherman Luís fights against the monsters to survive and save the lives of those around him.

Marcos and Sérgio go to the countryside for the weekend. Newly divorced, Marcos takes his little daughter to the trip. There they receive the visit of the sinister land keeper, Mrs. Ária, who tells the story of a missing child in the property. The trip becomes a nightmare as mysterious events occur in the house. Now the fate of the characters is traced by the fear hidden in the shadow. Where do the shadows go when the lights turn on?

Film director Petter and special effects specialist Alexandre join forces to produce a new film: You, Dead. The characters in this production are dead people, who serve as a mold for the believable masks of their faces. Anyone is subject to being a character in Petter Baiestorf's movie.
