Three innocent friends, on the advice of one of them, go to the isolated home of a strange medium. He performs some terrifying satanic rituals that trigger a series of strange events—including his own disappearance—and cause the dead to rise from their graves in a nearby cemetery, much to the astonishment of the three. Terrified, they try to flee, but one by one they fall and are devoured by the zombies.
Deep inside a gloomy cemetery in Barcelona, the dead are coming back to life. When the local undertaker notices the unholy events unfolding before him, he embarks on a treacherous journey to hell and back as he tries to stop these bloodthirsty visitors from another dimension.
Two deformed psychopaths with completely deranged minds live in a secluded house in the woods. “Puppet Brain” kidnaps a girl, takes her to their house, and sedates her so that the other one can gut her, after which the first one roasts her entrails on a barbecue. After reveling in this, they’ll go in search of another victim not realizing that her boyfriend, who won’t listen to reason, is also out there.
Due to overbooking at a sanitorium, a psychologist makes the serious mistake of releasing a dangerous psychopath back into society, spurring a series of gruesome murders in the backwoods of Spain.

As soon as she steps into her new rental apartment, a young woman meets a strange neighbor and has a terrifying nightmare after drinking a wine with hidden properties. Later, she is fired from her job for acting strangely, and when she returns home, she goes to her former neighbor’s apartment, where he gets her drunk again with the same wine. The young woman has more nightmares, and once back home, she calls a doctor to come see her. As soon as he arrives, she lashes out at him, screams in strange voices, pushes him, and vomits in his face. Terrified, the doctor calls an exorcist...
A murder takes place in a forest, though the killer is not seen. Later, inside a gloomy house, two mutant zombies calmly eat human flesh—possibly from the earlier murder—but an ambiguous psychopath appears and orders them both to go find fresh meat for his sick grandmother. The two zombies leave the house in search of victims, and when one of them finds one, the victim manages to fend off the attack and flees, leaving the zombie dying on the ground. Then the psychopath emerges from the woods and begins chasing the victim. The victim eventually stumbles into the mansion and, horrified, discovers the grandmother’s body, so he defends himself with a kitchen axe. Suddenly, the first zombie—now unharmed—appears, but the victim fends off the attack again by decapitating him. He flees the mansion in a panic. Then, suddenly, he wakes up from a nightmare and, distraught, goes to wash his face. But suddenly, the psychopath emerges from the shower and strangles him.
