Biography
(d. 16 Nisan 1943, İstanbul), Ankaralı Türk tiyatro ve sinema sanatçısı. Kıbrıslı Mehmet Kamil Paşa'nın yeğenidir. Robert Koleji'den mezun oldu. Sanat hayatına da 1959'da MTTB tiyatrosunda amatör olarak başladı. Arena, Genar ve Ulvi Uraz tiyatrolarında çalıştıktan sonra Haldun Taner, Metin Akpınar ve Ahmet Gülhan ile birlikte Devekuşu Kabare Tiyatrosu'nun kurucuları arasında yer aldı. Film çevirmeye 1973'ten sonra başladı. Metin Akpınar ile birlikte Türk sinemasında yeni bir ikili oluşturdular. Birçok filmde yer aldı. 1998 yılında Kültür Bakanlığı'nca verilen Devlet Sanatçısı unvanını almıştır.

Based on a true event, Pardon tells the tragicomic story of three friends who end up in prison when they are mistaken as members of a terrorist organization. Ibrahim's fear of uniforms makes him runaway whenever he sees one. Because of this, police mistakes him with a terrorist and takes him and his friend Muzo into custody. Fooled by the police during the interrogation they name another friend, Aydin, in hope of saving themselves. As they all end up in prison, they remember the families and lovers they left behind.

The year is 2003, and the Private Çamlıca High School, once home to the legendary “Hababam Class”, is still in operation. The school’s founder has passed away, and his son, nicknamed “Mad Bedri,” now runs the place. The time-honored Hababam traditions continue in full force, and every teacher is so exasperated by the endless pranks of that class that they’re constantly looking for a way out. Seeing his chance, Mad Bedri plans to sell the school to a developer in exchange for floor space rights, so that it can be torn down and replaced with a high-rise office complex. When the principal, Fatoş, learns of his scheme, she enlists the help of the original “Hababam” alumni to save the school by taking on its current troublemakers. Tensions rise once Bedri announces the sale, and a huge surprise awaits everyone.

From the Village to the City
Car mechanic Şemsi separated from his wife years ago and lives alone, far away from his only child. Celal is a disciplined retired colonel married to Zarife. İsmet is an introverted film buff who has spent his life on the island, while Galip is a faithful platonic lover who has lived a strange "love" with Rosa, a Cuban woman he saw only once, and has never betrayed this woman with whom he has been corresponding for years. Unable to afford to go to Cuba or bring Rosa there, Galip falls ill and learns he has cancer. His friends do everything they can to make him happy before he dies, even putting their homes up for sale. But when the money still isn't enough, there's only one thing left to do: To obtain the money needed to send Galip to Cuba, they decide to rob five charming elderly bankers!
